On-site staff provide instructions and rulings on behalf of the operator within their assigned duties; they do not personally assume the company's contractual refund or compensation obligations.
Abuse, threats, insults, doxxing, repeated private contact, or public blame directed at individual staff are prohibited. Conduct that disrupts safety or operations may result in removal or future participation restrictions.
This policy does not restrict legitimate reports, reports to law enforcement, or the exercise of legal rights, and it does not waive liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence by the company, its agents, or employees (including on-site staff), or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
